Car covers do next to nothing since its the claws that scratch the car, they go through a cover, trust me. I'm getting some flexible plywood to leave over the windshield soon since the scratches are driving me crazy. I have no idea why people think these things are good pets.

They couldn't give two shits about their owners, spend the day pissing about on their own and can be quite agressive. They're wild animals, things like dogs are mostly very tame and loyal whereas few cats are. One tried to attack my grandmas dog when I was walking him. Had to kick the bastard to get it to stop scratching at the dog.
